Volunteers

We are starting early this year to recruit the best volunteers around, so that the folks working this free event are as wonderful as the music it presents. We hope you will give us a hand celebrating the delights of musical diversity and cross-cultural exchange by volunteering for the festival. We are looking for volunteers to help with many aspects of the festival including:

Stages/Workshops - Stationed at the stage, you will serve as an assistant to the artist and stage manager.

Set-up - We need much assistance to make the site ready for the crowds. Volunteers must be ready, willing and able to.

Volunteer Check-In/Information Services - Greet volunteers as they arrive for their shifts, check them in and direct them to the assigned area. Help festival-goers get what they need and where they need to go. Volunteers will act as Ambassadors of the International Accordion Festival.

Merchandise Booth - A fun and fast-paced job. Assist the team in selling performer CD's and festival merchandise to the festival-goers.

Beverage Booths - Beverage volunteers is an ideal place to enjoy the music, watch the festival, and meet a lot of people.

Floaters/Runners - Would you like to volunteer where help is needed most? Volunteers are assigned to an area whent they arrive at the festival to check in for their shift. Volunteer floaters are very important to the changing demands of a busy festival.

Green Team - Are you ready to make a difference for the environment? In order to do so we need volunteers who are physically able, appropriately dressed and not afraid of getting dirty to help us collect recyclables.

Our shifts will run in 3-hour slots. Meet lots of fun people and be a truly significant part of making the International Accordion Festival happen.
